Ameca is a humanoid robot platform created by Engineered Arts in the UK and first demonstrated publicly at CES 2022, designed for human–robot interaction with grey rubber skin and a deliberately genderless appearance. It uses cameras, microphones and facial recognition, and can be driven by large language models or human telepresence.
