About

We turn robots into workers.

Bender is an agency for robotic labor. We don't build robots and we don't resell them: we take on a slice of a company's operating capacity and cover it with the right robot for that job. What the client buys is productive hours, not hardware.

Companies don't want to become robotics companies. They want the work done — the night shifts, the repetitive tasks, the seasonal peaks, the physically wearing jobs fewer and fewer people want to cover. Bender exists to make robotic labor usable without a business having to build robotics expertise in-house.

What we do

We select the machine across 20+ manufacturers worldwide, deploy it inside the client's process — delivery, setup, integrations, workflow training — and then operate it over time: remote monitoring, updates, maintenance and replacement. The robotic worker's lifecycle stays with Bender. The service is monthly and managed, with no upfront hardware investment and no manufacturer lock-in.

See how it works, step by step, or tell us what work you need done: we assess the use case and tell you which robot makes sense.

Robot intelligence

We are hardware agnostic by design, and being genuinely agnostic means knowing the whole market. So we keep our marketplace of humanoid robots public — prices, specs and availability — along with profiles of the makers behind them and a desk that follows the field day by day in news. It isn't a side project: it's the research every selection we make for a client rests on.

How the desk works

The desk tests claims instead of amplifying them, and is kept separate from the commercial side: a robot doesn't make the news because we deploy it, and doesn't drop out because we don't. Read our editorial policy, our ethics statement and our public corrections log. Meet the team on the masthead.
