The back-of-house work, covered.

The problem

Where the work goes uncovered.

  • Seasonal staff are hard to find

Every season starts from scratch: hiring, training and shifts to fill just when occupancy peaks.

  • Effort the guest never sees

Trolleys, linen bags and supplies to move: physical work that weighs on staff but adds nothing guests notice.

  • Long, irregular shifts

Clustered check-outs, nights and weekends make service work hard to organise.

What the robot does

Three processes.
One robotic worker.

  1. 01

    Linen handling

Collects linen and sorts it into containers.

It collects linen from the drop points, separates it by type into the laundry containers and prepares clean sets for the floors.

  2. 02

    Housekeeping support

Carries and lays out the supplies for cleaning rooms.

It brings trolleys, amenities and products to the floors, sets them out where needed and takes used material back, so room attendants can focus on the quality work.

  3. 03

    Back-of-house logistics

Moves small supplies between operating areas.

It links stores, kitchen, laundry and floors with scheduled or on-demand internal deliveries, overnight too.

Feasibility is verified for each process on your site, with the chosen robot, during the free assessment.

In hospitality we work through pilot projects: each use case is validated on site with the property before it is extended.

How we work

You tell us the job. We take care of the robot.

How it works, step by step →

    We select

We pick the right robot for the process across 20+ manufacturers: we have no catalogue to defend.

  2. 02

    We deploy

Delivery, setup, integrations and workflow training, inside your operation.

  3. 03

    We operate

Remote monitoring, updates, maintenance and replacement. You buy productive hours, not hardware.

FAQ

Hospitality, in brief.

Does the robot come into contact with guests?

The focus is back of house: service areas, laundry, stores and service corridors. Any movement through public areas is agreed with the property, with dedicated times and routes.

Do we need to change the building?

Usually not. During the site visit we check lifts, doors, floors and routes and flag any adjustments.
