Industry · Retail & Grocery

Full shelves, orders ready, a tidy back room.

Humanoid robots for stores, dark stores and e-commerce warehouses: they restock shelves, pick online orders and keep the stockroom in order, outside opening hours or alongside your staff.

The problem

Where the work goes uncovered.

  • Restocking that takes time from customers

Every hour spent emptying cases is an hour taken away from serving customers.

  • Online orders that need picking fast

Click & collect and fast delivery need continuous picking, often in spaces designed for selling.

  • Long hours, short staff

Extended opening hours and overnight restocking are hard to cover consistently.

What the robot does

Three processes.
One robotic worker.

  1. 01

    Shelf replenishment

Takes products out of cases and restocks the shelves.

It opens the case, recognises the item and places it where the planogram says, facing up where needed. It can work overnight, with the store closed.

  2. 02

    E-commerce picking

Picks products from the shelves to prepare orders.

It walks the aisles of the store or dark store and collects the order lines into delivery totes, ready for pickup or the courier.

  3. 03

    Stockroom handling

Sorts and organises products in the store's stockroom.

It receives the goods, splits them by department and puts them away in the back room, so restocking the floor starts already sorted.

How we work

You tell us the job. We take care of the robot.

How it works, step by step →

    We select

We pick the right robot for the process across 20+ manufacturers: we have no catalogue to defend.

  2. 02

    We deploy

Delivery, setup, integrations and workflow training, inside your operation.

    We operate

Remote monitoring, updates, maintenance and replacement. You buy productive hours, not hardware.

FAQ

Retail & Grocery, in brief.

Can it work while the store is open?

It depends on the layout and footfall. It often makes sense to start with closed hours and the back room, then extend; we assess it together during the site visit.

Can it handle many different products?

Hands and vision let it handle different formats without dedicated tooling. We start with the most common product families and widen the range through process training.
