Overview

REEM-C is a full-size (165 cm) bipedal humanoid research robot built by PAL Robotics in Barcelona and first released in 2013. With 44 degrees of freedom, force/torque sensors and an open, ROS-based architecture, it is sold to universities and research institutions as a platform for bipedal walking, manipulation and human–robot interaction research.
