Overview

ROBOTIS OP3 is the third-generation DARwIn-OP miniature humanoid, an open-source bipedal platform for robotics research and education. About 51 cm tall and 3.5 kg, it walks on 20 Dynamixel XM430 smart actuators and carries an Intel NUC PC running ROS on Ubuntu, plus a USB camera for vision work such as RoboCup soccer. It is sold directly from the official ROBOTIS US web store at $13,764 with in-stock shipping, and full documentation, source code, and CAD are published openly.
