YYForce Partners With Singapore Hotels for Hospitality Robot Deployment
YYForce secures a commercial deployment with Novotel and Mercure Singapore on Stevens, integrating service robots across a 772-room hospitality precinct.
YYForce is moving past controlled lab environments and into active commercial operations through a new partnership with Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Mercure Singapore on Stevens. The agreement places service robots directly into a 772-room hospitality precinct, moving beyond simple proof-of-concept trials into daily service tasks.
This rollout is anchored by the simultaneous launch of the company's Robotics Training, Data and Experience Center in Singapore. The new facility is designed to collect operational runtime data, test workflow integrations, and support customer demonstrations for hospitality, cleaning, security, and delivery use cases.
For hospitality operators facing persistent labor shortages and rising overhead, the operational data generated from this 772-room footprint will serve as a crucial test for deployment viability. Rather than relying on controlled showroom metrics, buyers can evaluate real-world performance metrics across high-traffic environments.
As vendors push to prove unit economics outside traditional industrial warehouses, hospitality and facility management verticals are emerging as key early adopters. The success of deployments like this will largely determine whether service robotics can justify their capital and operational expenditures in customer-facing roles.
