Figure 03 was unveiled in October 2025 as Figure AI’s first home-oriented humanoid, adding soft coverings, wireless foot-charging, tactile fingertips and palm cameras. It runs the in-house Helix vision-language-action model and is built on Figure’s BotQ line. As of 2026 it is not sold publicly and runs in commercial pilots, notably sorting logistics components at BMW’s Spartanburg plant.
